Dang old James Doohan died.

Also, I got The Dark Knight Returns from the library and have been re-reading it. I havn't read that crap in 8-9 years. Joy.

I'm dreading the inevitable quips/cartoons/etc about him being "beamed up" to heaven.
Dark Knight Returns is a stone cold classic.

Yeah, I can't imagine what it must have been like for me to read it as a third/fourth grader.

I remember that it was a stone cold classic and I knew it then, but what else did I think?
